Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and role (creator, brand, sales rep, talent manager, or ops admin).

Profile information: Creators may provide social media handles, audience statistics, platform preferences, and portfolio content. Brands may provide company name, contact details, and campaign briefs.

Financial information: Deal values, commission rates, payment status, and invoice details are stored to manage business relationships. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details in our system.

Usage data: We log activity within the portal (pages visited, actions taken, documents accessed) for security auditing and service improvement.

Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies with your consent.

Documents: Files you upload (signed contracts, personal documents) are stored securely and accessible only to you and authorized administrators.

• Service providers: Email delivery (SMTP provider), payment processing, and hosting services that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Your rights
